A New Strategic Partnership between "Al-Raqabah Al-Raqamiyah" and "Al-Khidmah Al-Raqamiyah"

Al-Raqabah Al-Raqamiyah for Information Technology, the owner of the leading Takid Platform in private security management, announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with Al-Khidmah Al-Raqamiyah for Information Technology to operate the platform, manage its operations, and provide technical support and customer service.

This partnership aims to enhance the efficiency of operating the Takid platform and ensure the continuity of delivering high-quality services to users by leveraging the expertise of Al-Khidmah Al-Raqamiyah in managing and operating technical systems and customer service.

Under this agreement, Al-Khidmah Al-Raqamiyah will be responsible for:

• Fully managing and operating the platform’s operations.

• Maintaining continuity of technical and IT services.

• Overseeing customer service and providing continuous support for companies and individuals using the platform.

The contract spans five years, renewable, reflecting the parties’ commitment to building a long-term partnership that ensures service sustainability and delivers added value to the private security sector in Saudi Arabia, in line with the goals of digital transformation and Saudi Vision 2030.

Both companies affirmed that this step is part of a joint strategy aimed at elevating the level of digital security services and delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet the diverse needs of clients.
