Job summary

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation for investment opportunities.

• Analyze financial statements, market data, and industry trends to support decision-making.

• Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Evaluate risks and returns of potential projects, mergers, and acquisitions.

• Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates with insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather financial and market intelligence.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal investment policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within investment firms or groups.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.

• Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation methods, and capital markets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Saudi nationality is preferred.

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
